I registered a complaint about 'blistering' on my brand new floor, shortly after the completion of odds & ends at my brand new home in Wells, ME. I was told to 'count' the numbers that required replacement. I have had an on-going orthopedic illness which preventing my 'counting' the numbers of boards; however that has seemingly been a blessing, seeing that MANY more floor boards now require replacement!
The flooring was installed in 1999. It was purchased from Bourques' Flooring, in Rochester, NH.
One of your sales reps has viewed the flooring, prior to the NUMEROUS increase in numbers of boards now needing replacement.
I paid a considerable amount of money on this floor, and was & continue to be angry about the way it looks!
I refuse to having it refinished, but want COMPLETION of the ever-increasing numbers of defective floor boards!!!
Please insure that one of your sales reps contact me concerning the TOTALLY unacceptable floor which I purchased from your company, and have him get in touch with me by tel. phone #207-646-4sss.
My residence address is Wells, ME 04090.
Your immediate attention to this matter is requested & expected!
Sincerely,
Hester
