Break4free just appeared on my dad's statement and none of us have ever used or heard of this company before, they charged my dad £99 and when he rang his bank they had this company down as a home appliance company... We still dont know how they managed to get his card details!?

Noted a £99 withdrawal on bank statement from a company (break4free) that I'd no knowledge of. Contacted Visa who are reimbursing me but I am concerned as to how they got my account details. Will contact the Financial Services Ombudsman and Trading Standards
