I spent $71 on a bouquet that was to be delivered to a friend who lives only a couple of blocks away. A week later, the bouquet had not been delivered. When I called the florist I was treated in a very surly fashion and told it wasn't their problem, that I should have known (even though I ordered from their website) that this was an ordered they processed but didn't handle. They also claim the order has a different drop date then what my records show, and are unwilling to do anything to make the order right. My friend was having a terrible week and could have used this pick-me-up. The vendor refused to cancel my ordereven though I said it is pointless at this late date to deliver.

I was appalled by the surly and unprofessional behavior of the vendor. I have used them before, spending several hundred dollars total.
