After having a vacuum "repaired" by this shop, and spending $168.00 for the repair (of a 9-mopnth old machine), I called the shop because it still was not working properly. I spoke with the associate regarding the matter and he said that my house was probably too dirty and I needed to talk to the owner regarding the matter. I called the next day and the owner continued to insult me, reiterating the same insults, saying things like "we don't have long hair over here" when I implied that the work may not have been done properly ( explaining how my vacuum was stuck with hair and not suctioning correctly). After a heated discussion on their honoring the 90 day warranty, he begrudgingly told me to bring it in because he can't fix it over the phone.
I am appalled by the manner that this business conducts itself. The owner could have easily told me to bring the vacuum in and he would have a look instead of a ridiculous argument. What happened to customer satisfaction and service?
