To whom it may concern:

I lived in Briar Glenn Apartments for five years and now have come down to the last month of my lease. My wife and I have called the apartment manager here on several occasions about maintenance in our apartments. We have to bathrooms that they spray latex over that is pealing off, a bathroom floor that is loose. I could go on. However, after several calls I went and wrote them a detail list of things that need to be fix in our apartment and personally signed it. Just recently we had very bad winds and rain which caused the roof to leak onto the hallway tile, it got so soaked that it broke and fell on to the floor. So I called emergency maintenance immediately and he said that they will fix my issue Monday. Only issue they fixed was the roof and not the tile in side my apartment. So I got to walk up and down my hallway to look at an ugly site of the apartment ventilation system.

Anyway, I just hope my complaint gets escalated. Again we lived here for five years, we are decent quiet people, we have never given our Apartment managers any problems at all and this is the kind of service we get.
