My parents who are sr. bought a recliner chair. In Mar 09
The brick sent out a repair person who said the chair was bend on the back of the chair.
Then when the Brick called myself they said that the repair person said it was fine. I had asked many times to talke to Kevin who sold the chair to my parents. Was such a sweet talker said if there is any promblem to call him.
Well what a JOKE to get through him. This also happened to me last summer, with fridge that was damaged after it had been i was told my the repair person. The fridge was fropped when it was sent to the store!! After myself fighting calling calling head office not paying for the rest of the fridge. they gave me new one.
My self and Boyfriend have purcahsed over 14 iteams in three years.
have been treated awful. I will warn everyone to get things in writing to take photo of the damage product. this service has been awful since last years up to then there service was great.
I belive they need to train there staff to give out great servise!! treat the people with more respect. Kevin get ride of your fake smile!!
the chair of my parents sit there unused!! you can not recline!! it's awful to sit in!! where My Father need it to be comfortable and to recline due to health promblems with his legs!!!
Brick get your shit together!! or one word of mouth and more mouth will spread your bad service. next you will be out of bussiness!!
