I don't even know where to start with this HORRIBLE place. We ordered my bridesmaid dresses the first week in January. The sales lady said they would be here in about 6-10 weeks. So when they didn't come in by April (which was more than 6-10 weeks), I began to call them. Every time I called, I got a different answer. They couldn't give me a specific date, I was afraid they didn't even order them. Then the manager got on the phone and all I said was "I am getting the run around on when the dresses are coming in" and the manager just went off. "We don't give the run around here! I am tired of hearing that!". Well that just made me worry even more, because apparently a lot of other people felt the same way.
I call two weeks later, and finally they are in. But we have to schedule a ridiculous time to pick them up, not sure why.
When we arrive there are 7 employees (yes I counted) just standing around. While I wait for one of them to print out the tickets for the dresses, my mom asked where the bathroom was. They all just stood there. Since I was there before I told her it was around the corner. She still couldn't find it, so she came back and asked again. THEY JUST STOOD THERE! So I walked her over myself! While she was gone, one of the employees handed me the tickets and told me to go outside, up the stairs, to the left, and inside the doors, and the dresses would be there. WHY did no one show me where they were? I can see if they were busy and asked nicely if I wouldn't mind getting the dresses, but they were all standing around!
I go where they told me to go, and there are 4 dresses. I ordered 5! One of the dresses is a size 1, and is supposed to be a zero. The other dresses are labeled under the wrong girls names. They were in the original package they were shipped in, no one checked to make sure the order was right or bothered putting them in a dress bag.
After many attempts I get the manager to come up and talk to us. He says " I don't understand what the problem is" HELLO!!! I don't have 5 dresses, that's a problem.
After searching for 45 minutes, thank the lord above they find the 5th dress. But the whole time I got an attitude from every single person that worked there, including the owner. They have no customer service skills, the owner could care less if I had the dresses or if I was upset.
Please girls, take it from my lesson.and DON'T go to Bridaltown. I don't want the same thing to happen to you! Because they wont do anything to help you!
