I paid the owner of the company for a new liner for my pool as well as a new pump and filter and installation of the items. Several weeks after it was installed I noticed the pump was not working properly. I called the owner and left messages everyday for 3 days on the owners phone and he did not return my calls. I then had to hire another company to check the pump and advise me what was wrong with it because it is not sanitary to leave water in the pool without a working pump or filter. The new company advised me that the pump was leaking. I continued to call the owner 2 times a day and after 3 days he returned my call and advised that he would replace the pump in 3 days. The pump was not installed until 5 days later which we had to call on the 4th day and find out what was going on with the pump. Meanwhile the liner that was installed was starting to slip and had come off the track. He advised that he would fix that when he installed the new pump, however we came home to a new pump but the liner was not fixed. Also we had to get an electrician to hook up the pump a second time. I called him to inquire why the liner was not fixed and he advised that some water had to be emptied out of the pool to fix it and that someone would be by the next day to fix it. No one showed up and on top of that the second pump was not working. I called a different company who fixed the problem with the pump and advised me that I needed a new track around the pool to be installed so that the liner would stay in. I had specifically asked the owner if we needed a new track to which he advised we did not. In my opinon it was the worst service I have ever experienced. We paid the company in full and on time and the owner did not return my calls, he constanly lied about when the problems would be fixed and never kept us informed or updated with what was going on. DO NOT USE this company!!! In my opinon they are unprofessional and do not care about the customer.
