The HOA Board, in concert with Talis Mgt. Co, the On-Site Property Manager, have mis-interpreted HOA Covenants. This has led to "bully mandates" that threaten the imposition of severe daily fines for not complying to their directives. All attempts to exchange with logic and reason to resolve issues arising from wrongfully attempting to apply their interpretation of Covenants upon a homeowner have proven fruitless. This time a Court will have to decide who is right. On many such battles the HOA's have prevailed. The FACTS on hand in the form of documents written by The Board and Talis Mgt. Co. will hopefully show THIS TIME that the HOMEOWNER will prevail. The credibility of Board Members of the Brier Creek Country Club HOA is in significant jeopardy. THEY have moved the issue to the Court and out of their Board Room.
