I have a negative experience with Bright House customer service. I am subject of their harassment with the purpose of extorting my money.
They send me to collection services for no reason.
In fact, Bright house offered me a prepaid internet service on February 2009. I mean that I have to pay the service in advance, if I need it. So, as for other prepaid services, if we don't pay it, we don't get it.
I was then very surprise when 2 months later I was informed of a bill for 2 more months I did not order or use their service.
When I called to find out what was the amount about, I was expecting apologies from Bright House because I was certain that they would admit they billed me by mistake. Instead, I suffered lasting arguments about the service they pretend they offered to me despite my will.
I requested a copy of the agreement showing the reason why I have to pay their bills. I still did not receive it.
They take the help of collectors to threaten me and put more pressure on me.
I find this situation totally unfair.
Something needs to be done.
