I live at the apartment at the summit called 'cameron at the summit' in birmingham and having bright house network is a regret and pain. their customer service is rude n clueless. could u emerging they wana charge me additional 42 dollars to send somebody to come to my aptment and fix a cable problem?and when i asked why they told me i refuse to trouble shoot on the phn with a rep...realy? the problem is not even one u can trouble shoot on the pnh...its a damage fuse n they kno it. secondly, i called to disconnet my phn 4rm my boundle packge to save cost which comes with cable pnh n internent and they told me i will hve to pay more if i disconnet my phn...WHAT? Well if u kno or u r about to switch to Bright house network, ...DNT DO IT cos they will reap u off and u will regret it...dnt wast ur money...they sucks and they dnt give a **** about ur satisfaction...I WILL PUT UP A FLYER IN MY COMPLEX, POST ON FACEBOOK AND TWITTER SAYING BRIGHT HOUSE NETWORK SERVICES SUCKS.
