they charge me $78.93 and $79.99 and 85.92 on my credit card when I canceled along time ago they did this is one month time.

I ordered this product and received a free trial. I paid for shipping and handling of $7.12. A few weeks later I received the product again and was charged $80.50 which was taken out of my checking account. I immediately called Advanced Wellness Research at 866-964-1011. I called them at 5:15PM on April 24, 2009. I was connected to a man that I could not understand. I kept asking to speaked to someone that spoke better English and I also kept asking to speak to his Supervisor or Manager. He continually put me on hold. After getting a bit heated he finally transferred me to a man by the name of Roi, who stated he was a supervisor. I told Roi I did not want to continue to receive this product and told him to cancel my order. After about 15 minutes of arguing with him, he said we could cancel the order and credit my account $60.00. Which is $20.00 less than was taken out of my account. I was tired of arguing with him and agreed. He stated the $60.00 would show up in my account within two to three days. I just received another bank statement dated April 18, 2009 to May 19, 2009. There was no refund of $60.00. Also there was another charge taken out of my checking account for $87.63. I called them again May 26, 2009 5:30PM and spoke to a man named Neil. I explained everthing again. I have cancelled this product late April and was expecting a $60.00 credit in my account, which never happened, and to top it off they took additional funds out of my account. He tried to tell me I did receive the $60.00 credit but this is not true. He also said my account was cancelled. He would not tell me why another $87.63 has been taken out of my account. I feel I have been scammed and I need help to get my money back.

I ordered online and assumed I would get just what I ordered, a free sample if I paid postage and handling. I got my free sample and thought no more of it untill I got my Capitol One Credit card statement and found I had been charged not once but twice for an orders I did not make. I was also charged two different prices 78.93 and 85.92 on april 3 and april 18 respectively and I have not even received the third delivery. I have called and cancelled any more orders and the customer relations person was good enough to negate the charges for one order, but could not take care of the other. I am hoping you can take care of this misunderstanding. Thank You Victor Smith

I as other people did impulse bought the trial product online 3 days ago. I should have known better that to use my debit checking card in such a manner but I had read about the teeth whitening results. The package arrived and I was emailed the bill of $6.99. The same day I checked my internet banking account (i usually monitor it thank goodness) and i saw that the said funds were deducted. Last night however I saw that my funds went back to its orinigal balance. I knew something was wrong having worked at a bank in risk and fraud. I decided to check the net for reviews of Advanced Wellness Company. I was no way surprised at the reviews, they helped me so much! to learn from the awful experiences. At 12. 30 am I checked my account and
by 7. 20 am when i awoke (today is saturday) in order to go the bank and deal with the matter before things got worse, the balance of 6.99 was deducted again from the company and addional 21 cents as a separate transaction by the same Advanced wellness. the transaction said bright teeth whitening. I withdrew what i could form the ATM and as soon as the bank door was opened I withdrew the rest, met with a banker and closed
off the account. Please Beware and be proactive. I have not used the product since I cannot trust this company.
I have learnt my lesson, I am a full time student and I am glad that things did not get worse! These over night theives should be jailed for good!
