Charged my credit card 250.77
I received an E-Mail offering me a FREE whitening system for just shipping of 6.99 I ordered it and received it I did not use it after reading the precautions I then received 2 more packets and wondered why they were sending more well I soon found out without any written instructions in the first shipment just a Thank you and look forward to serving you in the future, nothing that you needed to cancel in 14 days or would be charged continually to the tune of of 85.92 in three times totaling 250.77 This is such a terrible scam I can't believe it they should be sued for every penny they have scammed the public out of. I could have gone to a dentist for that kind of money and not received this crap.

not credit my credit card
I received a second order in which I did not order and after speaking with a cust ser rep who I could not understand and refused to let me speak with a supervisor to cancel this order and return it to obtain a credit on my credit card - very poor service to the consumers - donot buy this product!!!

Fraudulent charges on credit card
I MADE THE MISTAKE OF ORDERING A "FREE SAMPLE" ON LINE. SHIPPING AND HANDLING IN THE AMOUNT OF $4.99 WAS THE ONLY CHARGE I WAS TO GET. NOW I AM GETTING CHARGES OF $70.93 THAT I DID NOT AUTHORIZE!! I HAVE CALLED AND REQUESTED THAT THEY REVERSE THE CHARGES IMMEDIATELY AND DO NOT SEND ME ANYTHING ELSE. THEY TELL ME THAT I CANNOT CANCEL AS I DID NOT DO IT WITHIN THE 15 DAYS AS STATED ON "THE CONTRACT". I DIDN'T EVEN SEE A CONTRACT AND AGREED TO NOTHING!! WHAT A BUNCH OF THIEVES!!!
BE CAREFUL. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING "FREE" ONLINE.

promotion vs program
This company charged me for a program and send me an order I did not ask for nor did I want to be in a program. This was a promotional (one time) order to see if I wanted to buy any additional kits. I did NOT order any additional kits. And the site I got the promotion from did not state that it was a trial for research or a program. Besides that, I do not think it should be legal or lawful for companies to assume people want to be in a program. I was not contacted by anyone from this company, and as such, I did NOT authorize money to be taken from my account for an order I did not want nor authorize. I called this company and got the run around. This is a bogus promotion scam to take peoples money. Isn't this a research company? This research should be what it says it is, not a scam to steal money from consumers.
