Bright Teeth Whitening System (Advanced Wellness Research, Inc.) is a huge scam.<br />
I agreed to a trial size off for $1.99. The company then charged me $78.93 for that trial tube on June 1, 2009.<br />
On June 15, 2009 I was again charged $83.92. <br />
I called customer service (866 964-1011), to cancel my service and have the charges refunded and I was refused both.<br />
I will now have to cancel this card and have a new one issued, which is a huge pain, but it is the only way I can ensure that there will be no further charges on my account.<br />
I have signed no contracts with these people.<br />
DO NOT give them any information, because they are crooks.

I ORDERED A TEETH WHITENING KIT AND LIGHT, ON MAY 7, 2009. I RECEIVED THE WHITENING KIT, BUT NO LIGHT. AS OF TODAY MY CREDIT CARD HAS BEEN CHARGED $4.99 FOR WHITEING KIT, $24.99 FOR LIGHT (NOT RECEIVED) AND NOW $78.93 FOR WHAT I GUESS IS MORE SUPPLIES THAT I HAVE ALSO NOT RECEIVED. THE $78.93 HAS NOW PUT ME OVER MY CREDIT LIMIT RESULTING IN A $35.00 CHARGE FOR GOING OVER MY LIMIT.

MY MAIN COMPLIANT IS THAT I GOT NO RESULTS FROM THIS PRODUCT, BECAUSE I HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO USE WITHOUT LIGHT.

IN CALLING YOUR 1-866-964-1011 NUMBER THE INDIVIDUAL I SPOKE WITH WAS VERY RUDE AND IN THE END WILLING TO DO NOTHING. HOW WAS I TO CANCEL SOMETHING THAT I HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO USE AND NOT KNOWING IF IT WAS OR WAS NOT GOING TO WORK FOR ME. THIS IS JUST WRONG AND IF IT STANDS AS YOUR TELEPHONE ASSISTANT SAY IT WILL, I WILL PROCEED WITH ANY MEANS I NEED TO GET THIS TO SASIFY ME NOT YOUR COMPANY. AS THIS STANDS I FEEL THIS IS A SHAM.

Received 5 Telephone calls within a 60 min. time frame only two calls resulted in a live person. After several requests of telling the caller I wanted my Phone number removed from thier list did I finally hang up in anger. This person (I have names) refused to pass me to a Supervisor or Manager, argued with me over why they called and refused to remove my number from their list. I have filed a full complaint with local authorities and with BBB. The would not listen to my directions at all!

I was charged 78.93 for a free trial of this tooth whitening system - the company spokesperson said they charged me 6.99 for shipping, there is no debit from my account for that amount.

I had the product less than 14 days and my visa was charged $69.99. I called and talked to some dude in India. He then handed the phone over to his boss who eventually gave me a $50 credit, to be seen within 3-5 business days - I hope. I could not seem to cancel because I did not call within 14 days, so I called my bank to cancel my card.
