charged after cancel within time limit
I signed up for the free trial of Bright White. I cancelled within the company free trial time limit. I even called my credit card company to tell them I did not approve any further charges from Bright White. I was charged $87 anyway within a couple of weeks. The trick they used was another company name (Nova not Bright White) in Japan, so my credit card company put the charge through. So beware. If you really want to do a free trial, you must cancel the credit card after the charge and get a new number to beat them at their own game. Thankfully my credit card reimbursed me the amount, but we are all paying for this activity in the long run.

Scam
I signed up for a 10 day free trial after seeing an article in the local newspaper about this product working. The trial was only supposed to cost me 3.87 for shipping. I cancelled within the ten days and they billed me several times and promised me a refund which I never received. Their phone no longer works and I have had to cancel my credit card and file disputes. These people need to be stopped!

unauthorized charges
I originally sent for a sample teeth whitening kit on Nov. 8, 2010 or abut $4.95 in total. The kit arrived about a week later. There was no information about billed for $87.13 if I didn't cancel. I only had the product 6 days when they tried to take $87.13 from my account. The bank didn't process it. Then on Nov. 19 and Nov. 22 they submitted 2 new bills under a different name. I called my bank immediately and they will try to recoup those dollars. This company is working out of Hong Kong. Something called Novapay.

Scam
The website (http://www.andersondentalpractice.com/whitening19) no longer exists. I ordered the "free trial" on 10/10/10 they charged by credit card 3.87. On 10/14 they charged my credit card 1.49 and on 10/20 they charged my credit card 87.13. A Transaction for $9.76 at PROFITVAULT 8002568416 was charged on my CC on or around 11/02/2010 in EL TECAL, Panama. It appears Bright white gave away my CC information. I froze my CC on 11/02/10. Received my CC statement and noticed the unauthorized charges. Contacted Bright White and told them I had 2 unauthorized charges from them on my CC. They told me that according to the "terms and conditions" I had to return within 10 days after placing the order to get a refund. I told them that I never had terms and agreements when I purchased the product and I cannot got back and verify because the website does not exist anymore. I told them that I have not used the product or opened the box and I would like to return for a full refund. I was transferred to a supervisor (Mariel Vauis) who processed the return and informed me that there is a 45% restocking fee. Also not advertised on the receipt or website. They will only credit $39.20 to my credit card of the $92.49 they initially charged - to return the unopened product. I do not believe they will refund any money due to their illegal advertising tactics and the company trying to make additional charges from my credit card from another company.
The final manger I spoke to was Mark Davis and he was no additional help. I cannot verify any information about their terms and conditions because the website is not longer working.

One last thing is I filed a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission and I suggest everyone do the same.

Unsolicited order
Like many others apparently, I believed I was getting a free sample of the Tooth Whitener only to be charged the full price for a product that does not work. I now find I have been charged a further$278 for the same item bringing the total amount taken stolen from my credit card to $278. What is going on? Please take the necessary steps to refund my money forwith.

misleading sales/marketing
Online survey popped up my banking homepage about the bank and after completing the survey it promted me to website where it I get a complimentary product of free trial of bright white teeth whitening product valued at $88.78 AUSD and pay only for post and handling of $3.78 AUSD to be paid by credit card. This transaction was done 27th October, 2010. However, on the 8th November, 2010 Brightwhite charged me $88.78 plus the post & handling fee showed on my bank statement 5th November, 2010.
Meanwhile, I still haven't got the product, to this day. I contacted bright white's contact number in Australia numerous times, only answering machine I hear with the message of pls call on EST 9-7 pm Mon- Fri. I called 3 times 1:30 -2 pm EST yet office remains closed, NO PERSONNEL TO SPEAK TO. I want this transaction stopped as it is very misleading...

FRAUDULENT CHARGE WITHOUT RECEIVING SAMPLE
I decided to try the sample for $ 4.99 but never did get the sample. After 10 days, the company automatically charge my Visa $92 for the month. The following month, they charged me again. I called the customer service to complain but they kept insisting that the sample was delivered. I told them that without trying the sample, how can I tell if the product is good. I asked to cancel my subscription but it took me awhile to get it done. I called Visa and filed my complaints about Bright White. Visa credited my account and will conduct an investigation into the matter. Remember to ask for the CANCELLATION # as well as who you spoke to. The credit card co needs it.
With so many compliants about this product/company, why are they still in business?
