I think this must be a reoccurring story of a school teacher who smoked and had children finding a great solution of mixing two teeth whiteners for under $10 for both by just getting a sample from the two company's. I never order stuff online unless its from amazon or something but i saw this and thought "hell if it doesnt work i would have only wasted $10 bucks so why not". I guess everyone has to find out some way or another that people will screw you whenever they can. I ordered it the first sight was fine went by fast got a nice legit e-mail seconds later that was obviously from that company. the second website took a while to load, after i filled out the info. And then i recived an e-mail from "donotreply" saying very plainly that my order was confirmed and it will be shipping soon. I didnt really think much of it till i looked at my bank account and saw that $87.xx was being held from "bright white" I called and got someone i really had a hard time under standing, he told me i should have read the terms better but if i filled it out the cancellation agreement exactly how he told me that i could cancel my SUBSCRIPTION!! I didnt agree to that i agreed to a trial and thats it. he tole me not to put ANY spaces or dashes in the whole thing and EVERYTHING must be lower case... Im sorry that there was no where on the cancellation e-mail that said you had to do it like that NO WHERE!! I really hope that this messed up company doesnt get away with this!!! BS!!! Thank you all:)
