they change name and number to charge from visa card with no permission

first of all, they say they are free trial, and then they start to charge every month. they almost took 400 from me. and i never receive any product from them.

it is hard to catch them because they change different name and numbers to charging us... who can help us to stop them

people who work in visa department, they said they also would change another name to charge us although we cancel the service. how bad those people are!!! HELP HELP us
