after ordering the free trial and paid shipping cost of $6.99 I did not see the amount I would have to pay if I did not cancel the order in 14 days. I received a notice on the internet that a new order would be placed, I immediately canceled and stated I did not want product and did not authorize this order. I received a response that they acknowledged my request and offered me a discount. I did not reply to their new offer. I believed this to be an unethical business and were overcharging on the first offer.
Subsequentially I received a package in the mail, I sent to back to sender unopened and again wrote cancel on package. I now have two charges on my account 2 weeks apart for $160.00.
They refuse to reimburse me even for the second charge. They continuously repeat the same information no matter how many times I have requested a return on my monies, even though they received their product back. they also state there is no one elese to call to expedite and correct this error. They were totally arrogant and frustrating and rather disturbing company.
