You cannot contact these people. You can leave your number, and they will call you back. I tried this. I received a call back 5 hours later. The representative could not explain why my order number could "not be found" on their order-tracking part of their website. He did not even want to know my order number. He just said "whatever your ordered is backordered, and will take a week to 10 days longer." I waited. Still no part. Called them back. Still can't talk to any human being at this corporation. Still cannot find out where my order is. I disputed the charge with AMEX and I am sure I won't have to pay it. But of course now I cannot get the replacement part I need for my light.
This outfit is horrible!
