Poor Customer Service
We have been Brinks customers since we purchased our home 8 yrs ago. I called to let them know that we were doing construction in our kitchen and we would not need monitoring for 6 months. I said I would like to suspend my service for this time. I recently recieved a bill for the service for the last 6 months. When I called to find out why, after I told them that I do not need the sever, would I have a bill for over $200. The person explained that I did not say CANCEL so they did not stop monitoring. I said, "so why didn't you call us to tell us there was an issue?" he said " you told us ignore the calls" They then proceeded to put us into collection. When we called to work a payment plan they told my wife that "we don't have to do anything because you are no longer a customer!" Worst customer service I ever had! NEVER EVER AGAIN WILL I USE THIS HORRIBLE COMPANY AGAIN!!! STAY AWAY!!!
