I purchased a new 3 stream Brita faucet mount filter less than 3 months ago. I previously used Pur water filters, but decided to give Brita a try.
I wish we'd stayed with Pur. The electronic indicator light failed. I changed the filter, thinking that was the problem. Still no indicator light.
After emailing Brita, I received a response telling me to do what I'd already done (change the filter). The email went on to tell me if that didn't work, I needed to buy a new unit!! As if that is going to happen.
Whatever happened to CUSTOMER SERVICE??
