cannot find phone to cancel what i did did not order
I ordered a trial sample and now i am being charged 93.00 per month and i cannot find a phone number to cancel. Please Help

billing Fraud
A $2.49 offer to test this product resulted in another bill for $88.00 within 2 weeks. When I called their customer service, I was told that the $88.00 was the balance due after the trial period. No additional product was offered, but the agent was ready with return info. Upon return, they are to refund the amount chaged to my Visa Account. We'll see.
This is nothing but product misrepresentation and billing fraud. The trial samples were two small pens (perhaps half) filled with hydrogen peroxide and a gel solution (per the label). In no way could they be worth the amount charged, even if they did provide some whitening.

Misleading
I, like many others, ordered this "free" item. On the 14th day of placing my order, my credit card was debited $89.00!! The product did nothing for my teeth but did burn my gums.

Their mailing address is 273 Walt Whitman Road, Suite 274, Huntington Station, NY 11746.
You must call them to get the RME # to return the unused portion. Make sure you send the package with a return receipt so you have evidence they received it. They said that 7-10 days after receiving the return, my card will be credited.

cant get thru to cancel order and the 14 days are going to expire by monday
i canceled a different product because my dr. said i couldn't consume it but, they charged me already and substituted with brite teeth pro. The thing is i canceled all products with this company yet, on the fine print it says to cancel within 14 days.So they never canceled this order. Now im trying to cancel as of Thursday and the phone just rings.I have until Monday I believe.What can I do? I can't afford to loose money on another bogus product.

misleding ad
I could not open the terms and condition on their web page, not until I received the product is when I noticed that I would be charged a $88 per month after the 14 day trial period. Their advertisement says it a free trial offer and mentions nothing about a monthly charge, you can't cancel on line, you have to call their 1 877 546 0535 number which they never answer, so it's nearly impossible for you to cancel which forces you to call your bank to have them decline the charge(s), This is a true scam

charged before trial period
I bought the "free 10 day trial" on July 22nd. It specified 5 days of mail travel time, 5 days of use... well they tell me it was confirmed delivered July 29th and I didn't actually receive it until August 2nd. I called to cancel right away and they tell me card has already been charged 89.00 plus the 2.49 shipping charge. When I told her I just received it and hadn't even used it yet she pretty much told me I was out of luck. When I asked to Speak to a manager she asked why, tried to discount the product twice to sixty something dollars( I don't remember I was so mad) then thirty something. I was so frustrated I just asked to send it back. Screw it I'll pay the shipping, just get it out of my face!!! I wouldn't even try it after all this.

Unauthorized billing
I ordered a trial of this product for shipping cost of $2.49 which appeared on my credit card on 6/29/09. I received my credit card bill and there was a charge also on 7/14/09 for $89.00 to them. I have looked at my statement on line today and there is another charge for $93.95 on 7/28/09. I was not at home when the second shipment was received or I would have rejected. I am returning to them without opening as return to sender. I also am returning the original shipment unopened and advising my credit card company that these charges were not authorized. I did get in touch with someone at Pure Essentials today and they informed me that I had to pay these charges and to give the product away to a friend because I could not return them. They said they would cancel today and no more charges would appear. I do not want to pay anything but the original shipping charges of $2.49 which I agreed to. I will be returning the product that this shipping charge was for. Do I have a legal complaint and an I correct in rejecting these charges and not paying them?

can't cancel
I ordered the trial and am trying to cancel but you just stay on hold and nobody answers the phone. So far I have been on hold for 42 minutes.
