Advertises a free trial. Gives you 14 days to cancel. When you call to cancel, you're put on hold and no one ever answers the phone. No way to cancel.

This company refused to refund the 89.00 they charged to my account...major scam watch out

Yeah! I ordered this product (on 7/23/09) due to it's '"risk free" advertising on the website. They lead you to believe that you are really getting this 'amazing product' for such an inexpensive price without warning you that there actually is a risk. In the terms and conditions it states "when you order the Free Trial of Brite Teeth Pro your credit card will only be charged $4.95 shippping and handling". Well, if it's your "Free Trial", why is there a "Trial" period that after 14 days, will automatically charge your credit card $89.00. When I got my product (on 7/31/09), the terms and conditions all of a sudden changed to "Risk Free 10 day and on the 11th day, $89.00 will be charged to your credit card". Oh no it won't because I didn't ask for it! Well, their office was already closed that Friday evening, and they're so conveniently not open on the weekends. So when I called today to cancel this unwanted transaction, they had already charged my credit, this very same day. They are clearly, falsely advertising this product as well as their terms and conditions. I believe they need to be investigated and charged/fined for such nonsense.

Placed an order for a ten-day trial of Brite Teeth. Received the order after six days. Tried to cancel on day the tenth day, but was unable to do so on the web because they do not provide that as an option, which of course you do not know at time of ordering. Once I realized that I couldn't do it by internet, I called to cancel by phone. I got a recording stating that their office were closed Saturday afternoons and all day Sunday. By Saturday evening an $89.00 charge was placed on my bank account, which I could not dispute until Monday. I finally got ahold of Brite Teeth early Monday morning. They were very uncooperative, and basically said "sorry about your luck" and that they would in no way remove the $89.00 charge. I ended up meeting with bank officials to file paperwork to reverse the charge. Cancelled my debit card and had to go to the local police department to file an official complaint, which they said would also be filed with the local County Sheriff's Department.
DO NOT ORDER THIS PRODUCT!!! You'd be much better off the buy the packages of "white stripes" that you can purchase at your local drug store, Walmart, Target, etc.
Thank you for affording me this opportunity to lodge my complaint on the web as well. Sure hope it will do someone else some good "before" they place an order with Brite Teeth Pro and get into the same predicament.

My wife ordered FREE TRIAL of bright pro. we received the product on july 15th, 2009. The trial was for 10 days. They charged the shipping cost on july 13th for $2.49. They then charged our credit card $89.00 on july 22nd. When I called on july23rd to talk to somebody they kept saying " I am sorry but you're past your trial and you did not call." I asked if more product had been shipped for the $89.00 and they said "no, your being charged for the product you already have." I explained that was the free trial that we had to pay shipping and handling for that. They said because we did not call we were being charged full price. I asked for my money back and she said "no". I asked for a supervisor and she said all supervisors were in meetings. I called again on july 24th and was given the same runaround including the bit about all supervisors being in meetings. NOTE: While typing this a rep for brite pro called and told me he would call shipping and receiving to make sure my order was cancelled and told me I would only have to pay shipping cost and they would refund my $89.00. This was after he triedd to have me sign up for more product. I told him he had to be joking. This is a scam buyer reware
