Colesdale Ltd. is a United Kingdom based company. Too bad I didn't check this out before I ordered my $1.95 sample with $4.00 shipping and handling fee. The shipping fee was never charged, . I did not receive my product in the time alloted so I cancelled the order by responding to their email. The sample was processed anyway and I received it nearly a month later. I was finally able to access my bank after Christmas vacation from school to find out why money was missing from my account when I discovered the charges for $86.93 and a charge 7 days later for $24.13. The second charge was directly related and the charges and order they claim were the same day. I never received any product or service from them nor did I order anything. I have notified my bank, and they have cancelled my debit card so no further charges can be made. I have notified the company(s) that my bank has been notified of the fraudulent charges and that I intend make formal charges against them with the better business bureau in Ohio where the charges originated and also with Texas and US Attorney General offices. The advertising they use is fraudulent and in no way indicates that I am signing up for a monthly service ... that I am ordering a sample only. Beware this company operates offshore so there isn't much you can do except contact your bank. However, please inform the state attorney general and US Attorney General and by law they will investigate the complaints and if necessary bar this company from operating in the US.
