I was a complain on 2010-10-08, regardin, emil recevid from british nationl lottrey.
then i recived received mail from [email protected]. and they said to me " your winning fund will now be paid to our regional branch office in london because we have investigated the case and below is the proper office that will release your winning fund via bank transfer which will be paid in to your accunt after due modalities.

After i was a contact mr.Rasim immediatly. he said to me he can't bank the fund he can send my cuntry via dimlomat.
I am a srilanken.but now i am in south korea. i working hear. Mr, Rasim is do evry thing at last month 2010-10-15 send the package to korea.and in the eveining call to me, everything is ok your fund now take to dimlomat Dr.Abrahm said to me. Dr. abraham was a call to me.he said to me he wan't to 2000$ packege clearance fees. give to me a/c no. also. I bank it send to mail him.but he didn't give any details me. next day he sean to mail me' he can't take the package, it has a big money coustem is not release that we have to pay 7600$ then we can release package.
After i send to mail him.i can given big money. i don't have big money, i am a poor man.we are working hear hardly and ern money end of month transfer to my country. That is my real situation. after he said to me 2000$ give to him he can put the balance.after that amount i was a bank his a/c. next day he send the mail to me" coustam is release the package but want to give delay fees 1000$, i was a bank it immediatly. After Dr, abraham sand to mail" now is every thing ok i can deleverd to your address. I was a very happy and give to my address also.After he was a give to me mobile phone no, . but he didn't deleverd the package. and send mail to me" He wan't to take internationl cargo insurance cirtficate to deleverd the package and he want to 2400$ .i was a bank that amount also. now i was a bank to his a/c big money. i was a taken my 3 friends 8.4 milion korean won. now i have a big problams.
after 2 day's he call to me and said to me " transport fees 5000$ we have to paid to embassy. now i don't have any money i said to Dr, Abraham. after i didn't trust that case and i was a complain to the british embassy in south korea. now didn't send eny mail or call from mr. rasim -dr, abraham. now i think that peopels are black mail to me.
please if you can help me sir. i send all mail regardin this case,
