Im on option 3 BT internet up to 8 meg connection and Im not being provided with a quality connection.
my connection speed is only 0.5 meg of that ( upto 8 meg ) this costs me £30 a month Ive complained and had the line inspected 3 times with the same outcome no problems with the line... they told me I could exspect round 6 - 6.5 meg as I live just 1 1/2 miles from the exchange that provides my connection.
I was also told I would not get contetion issues as I would be on the Mac/Max system ... so I accepted the CON'tract after my first complaint I was told my line was only good for 3.5 meg connection speed and they would only provide me with a 2 meg connection which has fallen to said 0.5 meg connection speed.. I wanted out of the CON'tract and they said I would have to still pay for the rest of the year under the CON'tract agreement..
