Brixtion University has written false information. They have stated that "LISA SMITH WAS REJECTED FOR A LIFE EXPERIENCE DEGREE SHE IS NOT QUALIFIED.
Here are the facts, first of all, I was approved for a life experience degree from Brixton University. I WAS NOT REJECTED as Brixton claims. Brixton University forfeited on its obligation to send me a degree as promised and in retalilation of my complaint to PayPay Brixtion sent me a novelty (Fake Degree).
Brixton didn't send a tracking number as proof that they mail the documents. Brixton advertise on their website that degrees are shipped in 7 to 10 business days. I did receive anything from Brixton after 55 days had passed. I notified Brixton and asked about this order. They replied stating the package was mailed to a wrong address, however, they did not provide evidence ( postal tracking numbers) that this item was shiped.

Dear Lisa Smith:

As per our previous advise, please note that your documents will not be released for shipment by
postal delivery, until we have confirmation that the PayPal dispute has been closed.

Unfortunately we must enforce this policy, as we believe that you have no intention of making
payment upon receipt of your documents.

It is clear from your explanation that you were fully aware that your documents could take up to
4 weeks for delivery, yet you filed a dispute due to your error in providing incorrect address. This
is due to your error, and not ours.

Further, you have not requested rush service, and your documents were sent via postal mail, and
you have not paid to have your documents shipped with a tracking number.

As per our advertisement, it is irrelevant as this depends on the type of documents one is requesting.
We clearly indicated to you that your order will be delivered within 2-4 weeks.

As previously advised, we have now revoked your approval status, pending full compliance of our terms and
conditions, and all payments must be made in full and all disputes closed.

All documents are customized to reflect our students requirements, and there is a cost associated with the
procedure in preparation of the documents, signatory and approval, and we reserve the right to cancel your
order without further notice.

As a result we shall not provide you with a refund, and your documents will only be re-shipped after we recieve
confirmation that your PayPal dispute has been closed.

We thank you for your patience and understanding in this matter.

This email was sent after sending Brixton the link from the Office of degree Authorization of the State of Oregon. A week letter I received the fake degree in the mail. See email:

Obviously, your knowledge has been overflooded by your stupidity, and we thank you for closing your
PayPal dispute.

If you applied your simple common sense intitially, this matter would have been resolved amicably
without confrontation.

My we suggest you attempt to get a real education before applying for a Life Experience Degree,
as we do not believe you possess the necessary qualifications of minimal intelligence.

Dear Certified Illiterate Lisa Smith:

Our assessment office reviewed your application and determined you were incompetant and illiterate.

Therefore, you were not entitled to a Life Experience Degree. Generally said you never graduated because
you share all the qualities of a useless, stupid, idiot and retarded individual.

If you like to receive a degree confirming any of the above, we shall gladly provide one to you, as your life
experience would only qualify your knowledge which is completely overflooded by your stupidity.

Now is there any part of this you do not understand?

Again stay away from this group. What legitimate University sends emails like this, and conducts themselves in an unprofessional manner as this? What legitimate university sends people fake degrees, Novelty degrees, Souviener degrees? None.
Again all of the above actions from Brixtion is vindictive because of my complaint to PayPay, and my bank.

This confirms that Brixton University is fake. Diploma Mill. It is a indivdual/company that purports itself as a university.

Brixton University will stop at nothing to defend their worthless reputation.
Brixton University has attempted to rebuttal their wrong doing and fraudulent actions. In there rebuttal to my complaint they has state that they rejected my application because I didn't qualifiy for their life experience degree. Please see email correspondance I received from Brixton legal department regarding my complaint to PayPal after I did not receive any notification after 45 days that this order was shipped. This University wanted me to close my complaint with Paypal so they could defraud me. Also, there are a lot complaints against this fake school at Paypal. See email dated May 5, 2010.
