wrong information about the plan
mr. surjeet employee of airtel broad band at the time of connection time .he did the commitment that after two month activation of your plan your monthly rental which is now 899 will convert in 650 but at present i has been used this plan 4 to 5 month & my plan do not convert in 650 when i was calling on the customer care no.198 than they told me that we have not any this type of commitment . which means the employee of airtel broadband mr surjeet give me wrong information related rentel of the connection. so i want to action with in a week otherwise i will have to go consumer form.

I have been using airtel connection since long . On 3 june i made a request for tranferring same connection to new address, from Delhi to Ghaziabed. As this in interstate proceess i was told that this transfer will might take one months time. And since 28/6/10 i started geting cal if some engineer visited my place, was asking to submitt my papers several time, then i was told still its on hold due to out standing paymeny .. i payed it on the same day . Still there was no response from AIRTEL . Every day i am calling to ask for the status. and every day i m getting that my complaint has been en tered itwill take few more days .

I HAVE WAISTED LOT MY TIME, MY MONEY ON PHONE CALLS .
AIRTEL SUCKES.

I DO NOT WANT THIS CONNECTION ANY MORE . AND I WILL TAKE THIS HARRESMENT CASE TO THE COURT.

I WONT PAY BALANCE DUE AND WILL NOT RETURN THE STUFF.

Can not connect telphone and net simulteneously
When I try to connect e mail thro ' broad band, I have to disconnect telephone instrument and then I get connectivity Please advise

disconnect
i have a internet connection and i want to disconnect the network . i also gave complaint for disconnection on 8/12/2008 and customer care exe. gave me the time of fifteen days but no action has been taken against my complaint then again i gave a call to customer care on 21/12/2008 and they told me that it will take 72 hours but further no action has been taken. i want my disconnection of internet connection as soon as possible i will be thank full to you. my user id is 380132294853 in the name of ravi prakash please kindly do the needfull

extra charges in bills
In my bill charges of parellal ringing as well as late fee is charged .in previous month ring tone chrges as well as parrelel ringing charges were charged .please correct it so i can pay my bill in time. Thanks.

No connection of Broad Band
I had applied for a Broad Band connection a week ago. I was not able to connect 6 days. Only the first day the connection was ON for 10 hours. Repeated complaints to customer care didn't help. They never rectified the problem. Just may be for an hour so i get connected in the morning.
I am isolated despite making a one time payment of 4 months subscription.
