No product sent, time is running out on the rebate offer

I can top the other complaint. It has been over three weeks, and I don't even have a modem yet, let alone a rebate check. Ten days ago I called and was informed that the modem had been delivered (it was not) and that a UPS tracking was being done on it.

I think this company is a sham and a ripoff. I'm going to give them one more phone call and if I am not satisfied I will file a complaint both with my credit card company to reverse the charges and also with the better business bureau.

Ne rebates, no response!

I submitted two rebates to BroadbandOffers.com in the amount of $30 and $49.95. Their mailing address is:

P.O. Box 8251
Wixom, MI 48393-8251

Broad Band Offers sent me a letter stating that I did not include a copy of the rebate form. That afternoon, I completed the two rebate forms and mailed them to the address given. It has been almost four months and I have not received payment of either of the rebates. I submitted a "ticket" as they request on their web-site, but have not received any response.

The order is under Bruce Tapp 6522 Hot Springs Place Apt. C Indianapolis, IN 46217.
