I moved these apartments only because I needed somewhere to stay immediately. But If I knew then what I know now I would have stayed homeless! the management is TERRIBLE!! they charge you 180.00 late fee soon as your late. Lets not discuss the roaches that occupy the apartment rent free. I have had an ongoing plumbing issue for four months! and when I addressed this concern to the "professional" leasing agents they advised me that I would have to pay for anything that needs to be fixed with the toilet. I haven't been able to flush my toilet in months and when I do, all the good stuff overflows on the floor so that my toddlers can have fun playing with the sneakers on the floor. I have had the worse experience with these apartments! They have ridiculous late fees and the management Kelly is satan's mom! PLEASE DO ME A FAVOR AND NEVER MOVE TO BROADMOOR APARTMENTS!!!
