I booked a holiday with Broads Travel, when we arrived at the destination the hotel apartment that Broads Travel booked was not what we expected there where broken items in the hotel room, also burns in the carpet and stains on curtains.
My main area of complaint is that we had been told that the beach was 10 mins away but in actual fact it was over 40 mins by taxi from the hotel that Broads Travel had booked and recommended for us.
I have sent a number of complaint letters to the MD of Broads Travel but they are not offering a suitable level of compensation, I am currently seeking advice on this matter and may take Broads Travel to the small claims court over this matter. In light of this I will update this message board as and when I feel is appropriate.
So based on my experience I would not recommend or book another holiday with Broads Travel, I could have booked exactly the same holiday myself via the internet and saved money.
I now intend to post reviews about my problems all over the internet...:)
