I have reviewed your correspondence and determined that the appropriate state agency to address your concerns is the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services, Division of Consumer Services (DACS).
The DACS is the state agency assigned responsibility for processing consumer complaints in this area. The DACS registers non-exempt telemarketers and administers provisions of the Florida Telephone Solicitation Act which includes the State's No Sales Solicitation List. RE: Brink Security

Subject: calls relentlessly, no message

I keep getting phone calls to my cell number from 1 800-884-8682. I did some research and found it was from Brinks Home Security. I called and told them to stop calling me. They call, do not leave a message and I am tired of this. I do not own the residence I am living in, I am planning on moving and do not like my cell minutes being wasted by unsolicited companies. I've already told them to stop calling, but it still continues. My land line is on the federal do not call list, and have not received calls from them.

Can something be done to put an end to this?
