After Broadview bought Brinks my system broke and was up-dated by them, I also had one up-grade which I was told would be $90 but that was $90hr and it took him 3hrs to install one additional motion sensor (I could have wired it up much faster) recently my home phone went out, after getting the phone company here they discovered that the lines are crossed in the system causing the phones to be dead, he AT&T Tech pointed out the wires in the box and explained it was on their end, gave me his cell in case they have any questions - when I call the 800 number on the newly installed Broadview keypad it is disconnect and says; "for a charge of $4.95 dial 10-15-15-8000 for customer service" so, , , you not only have a bad contract deal but if your system breaks then you have to pay 5 bucks to just get someone on the phone - Another great big American Corporation sticking to everyone they can any way they can - going to take them to small claims court if it gets bad, going to call their sales department tomorrow and if I have to pay 5 bucks to explain that their new system killed my phone then I will be taking them to court and spending the money gladly to keep bottom scum sucking feeders busy - all about principle - my advice go with another company.
