I purchased a vehicle from them, a Ford Windstar to be exact, of course at 4000.00 dollars over Kelly Blue Book Value, seeing as I have bad credit due to a bad divorce, I get to get screwed like the thousands of other people in my situation that they are "trying to help out" by extending credit to. Of course not only do they charge you more than what the vehicle is worth, but they also charge you an extremely high percentage rate for it as well, somewhere around 20 something percent. The vehicle I purchased from them was supposedly in top working condition, but three months and three weeks after their 3 month warranty had expired, much to my surprise the engine goes to hell, well was about to go to hell. It was in the process of throwing a rod through the engine block. My mechanic told me that they had to have known that it was on its last legs or there abouts and sold it anyway, just putting some finishing touches on the engine to keep it sounding good for awhile. When I brought this to their attention, they of course would not admit it nor would they even negotiate on having it fixed and absorbing some of the cost!! Not only did they not help me get myself back on my feet and start fresh, they put me well on my way to financial ruin again by selling me a bad car that I couldn't afford to fix or replace and left me high and dry while they laughed all the way to the bank because I still had to pay for it even though it sat in the back yard, useless!!! Don't ever buy from these crooks!!!
