unauthorized charges
Yes, I've been scamed also by Broma Cleanse--Mytrainer-mydiet, but I took action. This morning, I checked my checking account balance and saw a pending charge to Mytrainer-mydiet victorcillecaus, of course since the charge just happened yesterday and was still a pending charge didn't give anymore info then the above name. About a month ago, I purchased the "free" trial of broma cleanse. Once I finally recieved the item, the free trial period was almost over, since it does start the day you order the product, not the day you recive it, anyways, I immediately called the customer service # to cancel it, which they gave me a cancellation # and promised that nothing else would be charged to my account. Well, like I said today I saw an unauthorized charge, so I called their customer service # again and asked them who they had sold my info to. They explained to me that it was apart of the free trial and that mytrainer-mydiet was affilated with them and that that was stated in their terms and conditions. I told them that I was unaware of that and demanded my $29.95 be refunded to me. They did agree to do so. I also asked them how they slept at night scamming people, because that is exactly what I think they are doing. The mytrainer-mydiet is supposedly a web site that you are paying for to help you along with your diet. What a crock of crap!! In the first place, that Broma Cleanse product, only after taking it about 2 days had me so constipated, for something that claims to cleanse your system. Be aware people, be VERY aware of what you order online. I know I will be from now on. Oh by the way, the only way I was able to get the phone # for the mytrainer-mydiet people was from the customer service rep at Broma Cleanse. I hope this is helpful to others that have been charged for this so called web-site service that they were unaware of.
