AutoCharge
I was told by a BromaCleanse representative that I could try a trial offer for 10 days, Free of charge. This BromaCleanse was to clean my colan and if I didn't like it I could cancel as long as it was within the 10 days. She gave me a bogus 1-800 number to call to cancel, and the charge immediately went onto my Credit Card. Also, they held the shipping of the BromaCleanse (Magic Formula) until the 10 days were over. However, there is no number to call to cancel. So far my investigation has led me to learn that the company that produces these fake pills is located in Florida. They have a drop mail distribution outlet in Utah they ship all these packaged pills to for mailing to individuals they've scamed. The return mail address on the Pill package is: BromaCleanse, P.O. Box 2999, Riverton, UT 84065. When you write to that address to cancel, those letter and the return package (s) are thrown into a huge box. I was told someone picks the box up and to the knowledge of the Postal receipient, these returns are then discarded. There seemingly is no way to cancel and each month my credit card has an automatic charge of $79.95. The U.S. Postal Service says there is nothing illegal as to how they are using the mailing system. The Attorney General's Office in Utah stated they don't go out of their State and the Company seemingly is located in the State of Florida. It's nothing more that a ring around the rosy. I called the Credit Card Co. filed a dispute and naturally was told to contact the company and cancel the product service. (SURE!) Been there, Done that! NO SUCCESS! Now the only alternative I have is to cancel my credit card account, call all those who are legally allowed to charge. Give them the new credit card number and hope and pray these scam artists at BromaCleanse don't get the new number. They seemingly have all the Ts crossed and the Is dotted. It's also apparent our legal system won't do anything about this type of thing. After all, you are receiving something for your money. You bought it, you put up with it. No wonder people take the law into their own hands. Who can you count on? It's obvious you surely are a fool if you trust anyone even those who are suppose to be on your side. (HA!)

takes your money - won't refund
Wish I had looked this company up on the internet before I got taken. I responded to an internet add by calling the company. I spoke a customer service representative who told me I would get a 30-day supply of a diet pill & I would also get a $100 Walmart gift card and I had 30 days to try it. The diet pill turned out to be a 'cleansing' product which I don't believe in. The gift card was a rebate card. You have to spend $1, 000 to get the $100. I placed the order in good faith on November 12, 2010. On Dec 6, I saw $79.95 was taken out of my bank account. Their website terms & conditions clearly say a full refund is available within 30 days. I spoke to 3 different representatives. None of them spoke English as a first language. They told me they don't give refunds to anyone for any reason and there were no supervisors to escalate the call to. I will be sending a complaint to internet BBB, Utah Attorney General & anyone else I can, but I'd say these people have taken their money & will run.

colon cleanser
BromaCleanse text a message on my Phone saying free 100 dollar Wall-mart card with purchase of their Colon cleanser regardless if I decided not to use it in their 10 day trial offer. I payed $4.95 for shipping and handling, $3.95 for (if you can believe it) thief Protection and a $1.00 for US magazine. Before the 10 day trial was over BromaCleanse charged a unAuthorized $79.95 for what I didn't know. I called on the 10th day and their Customer Service said I didn't call on the 10th day. I said this is the 20th day. After arguing with them about the 10 day trial One employee said I ordered their product on the 9th day and another said the 10th I said lets not quarrel about it lets just go to the prerecorded telephone conversation you said was for Customer Quality.I received the refund and the overdrafts it caused me at my Bank. I then was charged $19.99 for the thief Protection and still receiving US magazine. The only thing I didn't get was the so called free 100 dollar Wall-mart card. This company should not be Partners with Reputable companied because their Bad Bad Business..
Sincerely Gail H.

Walmart gift card not enclosed. I will return product unopened if gift card is not received by 8/18/2010. I feel this is a scam because the giftcard was not enclosed with product as stated by Bromacleanse company. Thank you, Tuesday House

DEVINE RETRIBUTION
Devine retribution does exist! I read an article on aol that the owner of Impulse marketing, aka Bromacleanse, Nick Congleton was wrongly arrested for opening several phony bank accounts in NY. Apparently someone stole his identity, produced phoney passports and opened several bank accounts in his name and stole THOUSANDS!! The real Nick Congleton was arrested, thrown in jail, and friends had to post bond for his release. He now has to work with the FBI to clear his name and regain his identity...ha ha ha! He even has to carry around his court papers to prove he is really Nick Congleton. I'd like to meet the person responsible and give him a great big HIGH FIVE! I love this kind of BAD KHARMA, there really is a god.

FIND RELIEF
Their Customer Service Center is just a recording that announces that your requests for cancellation will be processed in 5-7 days. Its been about 2 weeks and I still have not received any call confirming that my requests have been processed and completed. Here is what I did for some peace of mind.
I printed their "Terms and Conditions" and read it carefully. It does not mention any "Negative Options" package (meaning automatic monthly debits from your credit card) however, in the section under "cancellation/returns/refunds" it very subtly mentions that in order to cancel your "subscription" you must call or write for such a request. Although I did not register for ANY subscription that did not sit well with me. The terms and conditions do say that failure to notify the company makes you liable for any future services.
Here are some things I did for some peace of mind
1. I cancelled my credit card for precaution
2. I wrote a formal letter requesting all orders and all future transactions/services be terminated immediately.
3. I had that letter notarized. (mail them the original, but also keep a copy for your records)
4. I sent that letter with a confirmation of delivery receipt so that I could track and confirm that the letter was received by Bromacleanse.
5. Print the delivery confirmation from the website (again for your records)
6. If you can call from your cellphone and save those phone records for yourself.
With all of this, if future transactions are made without your knowledge you can prove that you did notify the company by phone and mail and it is failure on their part.
I highly suggest making complaints with the BBB, FTC, and Attorney Generals office as I have. Hope this helps!

These guys are sneaky in their advertising and probably in their overall business practices as well
WARNING WARNING WARNING. The free trial of BromaCleanse is not free. I just reviewed my credit card statement and there was a $79.95 charge. I called customer service and was told that I should have cancelled my account within 12 days, nowhere on the site did I see that, so it is pretty well buried. They were unwilling to work with me and were rather rude so they are obviously not in business to maintain positive customer support. Beware, these guys are sneaky in their advertising and probably in their overall business practices as well.

charging money to my credit card
The company just offered me free trial and they said they will just charge my card for US$3.00 for shipment but now they always delivered 1 bottle every month and I don't like it. I want to discontinue this product but there's no available website and phone. Last time it was just keep on flashing to my computer screen and now I can't find it.
Thanks,
B.C. Canada
