I can't believe I fell for this scam. I requested the FREE TRIAL OFFER of BromaCleanse.
The product did nothing they claimed it would do. I sent back the product and told them to no longer send and to credit my card. They have charged my card 4 times now at $79.95 a month. They did not give me credit and I received yet another bottle today. This is being charged on my company credit card! How can I get credit back and receive no more charges? These people are crooks!!! please e-mail me at [email protected] if you know how I can get this resolved.

After ordering a free trial from an ad on Facebook they sent another bottle two weeks later and I was charged $79.95, upon receiving this and seeing the charge on my account on 10/22/09 I called to cancel and return product on 11/04/09. Then while reviewing my bank statements I saw they charged me $79.95 again on 11/06/09 and credited my account on 11/09/09 $79.95. I called customer service and they said we only credit back one time for their product, I complained that they charged me the second charge only two weeks after the first and this is supposed to be a monthly automatic delivery, also I was charged for the second one after I had already cancelled. They said they had charged my account on 11/3/09 the day before I had called ( it posted on my account on 11/6) and that the one charge was in Oct. and the next charge was in the next month which was Nov. They stated this was all in the pages of writing that I accepted when I agreed to the trial. This is a total scam because the way they send out the first two monthly orders two weeks apart they are able to rip everyone off for $79.95 because you don't even now you are in an automatic delivery program until they have charged you for two months of product.

J'attends réparation dans les quinze jours sinon j'irais directement porter plainte auprès du commissariat de mon domicile pour vol et escroquerie.

Can anyone tell me how they got through to cancel payment ?

WARNING WARNING WARNING. The free trial of BromaCleanse is not free. I just reviewed my credit card statement and there was a $79.95 charge. I called customer service and was told that I should have cancelled my account within 12 days, nowhere on the site did I see that, so it is pretty well buried. They were unwilling to work with me and were rather rude so they are obviously not in business to maintain positive customer support. Beware, these guys are sneaky in their advertising and probably in their overall business practices as well. It appears that this company is based overseas.
