Fraud
Ordered the product which stated is was a 30-day free trial for $2.47...after I received a charge of $79.95 I contacted the business and they advised that the producet had to be returned within 12 days or be charged the full price. On the 12th day we contacted them and they said it had to be refunded before 12 days. This is obviously a scam to lure people into the $79.95 payment. The customer service pesonnel are extremely arumentative and rude and refuse any other option.

Fraud - Don't believe the HYPE
I had considered purchasing a 30 day trial of Bromacleanse because of the great advertisement, unsecured site made me hesitate to take the final step. I looked up more information on the product and found there were various complains on many other sites. I receive a call from Bromacleanse customer service asking me to complete the order. DON'T BE A FOOL EVERYONE. There is no proof that any of this stuff really works, especially for the price you will have to pay. Buy natural raw fruits and berries.

scam on trial offer
They trick you into ordering other products you were not aware you were ordering and joining auto delivery and charges that you don't get back, When I caught it on the comformation reciept, I immediately called them to cancel and they say they can't help me for 24 hours. To call back in the morning... Mean while they charge me for more products I did not want or know I ordered. I want my credit card number removed from any of their partners i this scam and action taken against them all.

Charged Fee, Never Received
In September, I was researching information on cleanses and read an article that mentioned Bromacleanse. I decided to visit their website and place an order for their trial.
After entering my information, I got an error message. I tried again and the same thing happened. I figured it didn't go through. I tried again on a different day and got the same error message.
Fast forward a few weeks. I noticed a charge on my bank account statement for $2.47 from Cleanseloss. I figured that was the Bromacleanse and it had gone through despite the error message. The transaction was marked 9/22/09.
Today, I pulled up their customer service number and called to find out why I never received the product. A man answered the phone and took my cell phone number. He said he could not find my number in the system. I told him the money was very obviously taken out because I was looking at my statement. I told him that it said Cleanseloss and it had a 1-800 number listed. I read that off to him and he said that wasn't them and to call that number.
Now I knew I had not visited any other site, but I called the other number. Imagine my surprise when another guy answered the phone and said Bromecleanse.
I explained to this new guy what the previous one had said. He tried using my name, number, zip code and email address to find my info but was unsuccessful. He wanted to search using my debit card number, but I didn't have it on me. I told him my husband had it. He said he would call back in a few to give me time to get the number.
After he hung up, I was thinking none of this sat right with me so I typed in Bromacleanse scam and came across this site that had other complaints logged.
I then called my bank and they told me to come in and they would close my old debit and print me a new one today. (I'm thankful they do this on site now.)
My bank also told me to fill out their paperwork to get my money back. They will make sure I do.
I'm not sure if the man from Bromacleanse called back. A call was routed to my voicemail, but I haven't checked it yet. I can say both men that I talked to were polite, however, that doesn't always mean anything.
I was also told they would refund my money themselves and still send me the product, but after reading what others have said, I doubt the validity of that statement.
I advise anyone that wants to try this product to be VERY careful.

Charging my Credit Card for order I did not place.
I ordered a trial for Bromacleanse for $2.49. I called 2 weeks after receiving the product to discontinue any further orders. The customer service person said they were having trouble with their system and he would take my info and have a supervisor call to let me know they cancelled my account. BUT instead of cancelling my account they charge my credit card $80. They are ripping people off!!! I have read several complaints on line about this being done to them.

Fraud
I was sucked in by a message online that made it look like the product was "endorsed" by CBS NEWS and Katie Couric (colon health). After I ordered, I saw the fine print which said they were going to FURTHER charge me $79.95 if I didn't cancel in the 12-day trial period (they make it sound like it's a free 30-day trial). And then I think charge me again (because I was buying into a program). I called to cancel and they gave me the runaround that my order wasn't in the system (it was being routed through shipping) and they couldn't do anything for me, blah, blah, blah...
I WAS AN IDIOT FOR NOT READING THE FINE PRINT AND ORDERING FROM THIS COMPANY. AN IDIOT!
Lesson Learned.
I am SO mad!

shady dealings with on-line purchase
I was interested in trying Bromacleanse and was ready to place an order and noticed it was not a secure site. Then I searched the site for more information and the ingredients were "marked" out because the site stated it was a propreitary blend, I attempted to call Customer Service and was on hold for 22 minutes...so, with 3 flags I opted out on ordering. Then the next day, guess what, I receive a call from Bromacleanse asking for a credit number to complete the order. I asked to be billed and of course, they said they don't do that? They insisted all was legitamate, but geez, come on. I'll tell everyone STAY AWAY FROM SITES LIKE THIS.
