i ordered trial sample of product, which i received but there was no address or phone number on product in which to cancel within the 14 day trial period, didn't find number of company till received my credit card bill which by that time they had sent another shipment, same way with no address or phone number on it. i called number on the credit card and they did refund the second charge but said that i didn't cancel within the trail period so couldn't refund the first charge. told them that i would return product as didn't use as doctor said should not take due to meds that i am taking, but they didn't want product back and refused to refund first charges.

my daughter signed up for this service. she signed up for a free trial period of 2 weeks which ended up being a full service even though she opted out before the 2 week trial period was up. then they automatically signed her up for an online fitness support group that charged 29.95 a month in addition to the 69.95 monthly fee for those damn unapproved pills. they won't refund my money to my credit card.
