Hello out there...I too have been scammed and failed to read the fine print in the "Terms and Conditions" for these diet products...on Nov. 16th I ordered the free trials and was charged the shipping costs for the products (4.95, 6.97)...I was charged the tea product price of 44.28 (which I ordered seperately)...then on Dec. 8th I was charged some more shipping fees (25.79 X 2) for the diet stuff and I was also charged the entire cost of each bottle of product on Dec. 8th (65.96 & 74.64)...I just called a rep. today which is Dec. 30th and I called the 1-877-317-0189 number which was in service but I was on hold briefly (the hold music eventually turned off but I did get some guy finally answering the call)...he explained to me that if I read the "Terms and Conditions" of the advertisement then I should have cancelled within 30 days of the original purchase (phoned by Dec. 16th) and I would not have been charged for the full price of the diet products ( I haven't even recieved any more product yet - I just have the trial bottles)...he said he was making a huge exception to refund the charges to my credit card within 5 - 6 days as I contacted him beyond the 30 day cancellation period...I don't recall reading anything about having to cancel or being automatically charged...I will write another post in the the near future to update whether or not my card was refunded or not...in the meantime I have cancelled my credit card for now ( the one used for these transactions) and the credit card company is sending me some dispute forms to fill in to also get those charges refunded...I will fill in the dispute paperwork if the diet company fails to reimburse me...please beware out there!
