I was enticed to try this product from an endorsement from Oprah Winfrey. Hopefully she realizing that this company only takes your money again and again without authorization. I still haven't figured out how another company "Fit Factory" can also get into the act. I have contacted both companies and have received credits on my credit card. There is still one more charge (there was a total of 4 charges one was for the initial charge for shipping of $4.95) that I am attempting to resolve. I contacted Bromalite at 800-715-1354 on and got thru to them. They will issue you a credit but make sure they give you a refund # and a cancellation #. They will auto ship additional product if you don't cancel. Those of you who also received charges from Fit Factory, you need to contact them too to stop the $19.95 charges. I was given their number by Bromalite so they are hand and hand in this scam. Fit Factory number is 866-407-1022. They too credited me back the money they charged my credit card. Make sure to get a cancellation number from them too. They will try their best to sell you on their stuff, I just threatened to contact the BBB if they didn't comply to my wishes and take me off their auto charging list. I suggest you to be consistant with these people. I contacted them again today and they are located in IL (central time). Conveniently their computers are down but they did answer the phone and said that the best time to call is 7am and 11pm. Good Luck to all of you. Oprah please stop endorcing these companies!
