The do not credit your account for your refund
I ordered this product in the beginning of June and cancelled the next day. I am still awaiting a refund in the amount of $40.00. I have called the company at least 15 times and everytime I get a different answer. Here are some of the riduculous answers:
Your refund is in the "que" and it will process in X amount of days,
Still in the "que" but it looks like your bank is holding up the credit to your account. Not true at all I called my bank and they have never heard of such a thing.
Then get this I called again two weeks ago and they tell me I should be getting an emergency refund within 3-5 days... why would I need a emergency refund if they just gave me back my money in a reasonable amount of time. DO NOT BUY THEIR PRODUCTS IT'S A SCAM AND YOU WON'T GET YOUR MONEY BACK

taking money out my account without my permission
bromalite cleanse product said that i can get a free sample on line and when i signed up for it & they sent me it, i was unhappy with the product and i tried to call and cancell the product and they never answered. the next day i tried to withdraw money from m y account and found out they took out $179 and will not give it back . they messed with my household exspense and me as a single father of my three kids. now they can barely get the things they want . UNTIL THEY GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK!!! I DO NOT WANT THE PRODUCT PLEASE DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS!!!

Unauthorized charges
I was told to pay only for the shipping of a trial product (bromalite all natural digestive supplement) about $1.65 and 2wks latter was charged a sum of $79.95. something really has to be done about this

scam/ false charges / only was aware of shipping
if any one can help with anyinformation on how to refund my money that would be great. they have taken over $360.00 so far and i am looking for a way to put an end to it and get my money back. i have not opened any of the products. thanks alot.

received no refund
Called 6/16/10 due to complaint that l received extra bottle, without trial first. I called to cancel orders and
was to be credited to my bank account. I HAVE NOT BEEN CREDITED. My confirmation no. is 03437. Please correct this as promised. Thankyou.

credit card charges
Ordered what I thought was FREE Bromalite & just pay S&H. Then I get a charge of $79.95 on my credit card. Then I received a second bottle which I sent back unopened. I called & asked for a credit but they refused. Told them DO NOT send me anything!! I also had this happen with the Acai Berry but they oked a refund. I also had a charge from A "Fit Factory" which was connected with both of these& they also gave me a refund.

unauthorized billing
I ordered trial on 7/22/09 and was charged 2.47 on my credit card. They sent me an additional bottle on 8/07/09 and charged me 79.95
I refused it and sent it back unopened. I called 800-383-5133 and they refused a refund. I have reported them to Chase credit card.

Unauthorized billing
Sign up for a sample for $4.95 I have now been charged $69.95 twice. No order number or anything comes with it to send them back.

Beware
I printed my on line conversation with the sales clerk on this item. Numerous time she tried to sign me up for other items and I denied the charge "As long as you do not charge my card anymore than the authorized shipping (ever) then you can process the free trial only" then she tried some tricks and I responded " I dont want the so called 25$ free card. THis is getting very annoying" and she responded " Okay, no problem, I'll note that you have declined the offer and you will NOT be enrolled. Have a good day" I felt uncomfortable and canx my credit card. THANK GOD!! because my credit card said they tried to charge 69.95 and 49.95 and 19.95 and two other charges within the next 5 days and they denied the charges. This site is a major scam. BEWARE!
