This company has links on websites. They make it look like all you need to do is call to cancel. Of course when you call, no one picks up and when you try to look your order up to cancel online, it says "order not found." This is what they are doing...when a person tries to cancel, they naturally enter Bromalite as a key word search and they are directed to a different site from the one they ordered from which of course has all sorts of terms which were not on the first site (the one you ordered from initially). I have written to the Delaware Attorney General (easy to use their email). Till the $69.95 goes from pending to an actual debit, I can't dispute it with my Bank, but as soon as it does, I will. Let's see how good an attorney general Joe Biden's son is.

I foolishly ordered a free trial of a product(BROMALITE). I was supposed to be charged 4.95 FOR SHIPPING OF THE FREE TRIAL. I RECEIVED A BOTTLE OF BROMALITE WHICH I ASSUMED WAS THE FREE SAMPLE. I THEN RECEIVED ANOTHER PACKAGE OF THE BROMALITE WITH A TEA SUPPLEMENT. THE PACKAGES DONT INCLUDE ANY INVOICE OR METHOD FOR INQUIRY OR RETURN. I WAS SICKENED BY MY STUPIDITY...I HAVE ORDERED ONLINE FROM NEIMAN MARCUS...NORDSTROMS AND COUNTLESS REPUTABLE VENDORS, I KNEW I WAS IN FOR BIG TROUBLE WITH THIS PLACE. I WAS RIGHT...GOT MY CREDIT CARD STATEMENT AND I WAS CHARGED 69.95 TWICE FROM BROMALITE, 39.95 FOR TEA, AND 19.95 FOR SOME CRAZY FITNESS PROGRAM SUBSCRIPTION. I SPENT HOURS ON THE PHONE TRYING TO CONTACT THESE PEOPLE...WHEN I FINALLY GOT A HOLD OF SOMEONE 40 MINUTES LATER IT WAS VERY CLEAR THAT THIS WAS A MAJOR SCAM AND I WAS IN FOR A WORLD OF TROUBLE. THEY CLAIMED THAT MY ACCOUNT WILL BE CREDITED AND GAVE ME CANCELLATION AND REFUND CODES, YET I DOUBT THAT IT WILL EVER HAPPEN.I WILL CONTACT UTAH CONSUMER PROTECTION AND MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY...I HOPE THAT THIS WILL HELP OTHERS AND PREVENT PEOPLE FROM BEING EXPOSED TO THIS BULLSHIT...IF YOU HAVE BEEN SCAMMED, PLEASE FILE A COMPLAINT AND DO SOMETHING WITH YOUR CREDIT CARD OR BANK...IF U DONT, THE CHARGES WONT STOP AND THEY SHARE ALL OF YOUR INFO WITH MANY OTHER SCAM ARTISTS...CONTACT UTAH CONSUMER PROTECTION SERVICES...MIKE PITTS IS THE GENTLEMAN TO SPEAK TO...PLEASE DO IT FOR ALL OF US...THIS IS TRULY SICKENING!!!

Bromalite offers online appear in a popup. They advertise a bottle of their supplement for only shipping and handling. Buried in the bottom of their offer is the condition that they will charge your credit card for over $80 for the bottle if you don't call them with 15 days of their shipping the product. That is totally unreasonable. They also continue to send more product (this is also buried in the fine print somewhere) and charge your credit card. And they sign you up for something called Fit-Fac. I was able to get them to credit my charge card for both Bromalite charges and the Fit-Fac charge. This business needs to be shut down or monitored immediately as many, many people are falling for this scam. The same thing is going on with a supplement called Acai Berry Supreme.

I recieved an order of this product without an invoice and no phone number to call to get this sent back, I am returning the product and calling my credit card company of the fraud.

Bromalite is a rip off. I had placed an order for a trial supply of the diet supplement and was charged $69.95 twice and still have not received the order. I have been calling for the last 15 days and I have not gotten thru to anyone. When you get thru you are placed on hold. An operator will tell you to hold and then he will tell you to leave a message or go to the webpage that is out of service.
