I was charged 69.95 for this product and like an idiot I never did adequate homework. The 1st phone number posted on the web site hangs up on you and the 2nd number you are on hold for 5 - 10 minutes. I told them that I had a reaction to the pills and my doctor has advised me against the supplements. The customer service rep immediately canceled the "membership", gave me a confirmation number, and stated she credited me the money. I also called my bank letting them know that this company doesn't have my permission to charge me.

PLEASE NOTE! You must also call Acai Berry AND FitFactory after you do this because they will charge you as well. FitFactory's number is 866-407-1022. Their customer service is in India and the rep was really pushy with me and tried to make me keep the membership. I will admit that I was blatantly rude and demanded that he cancel my membership. I made sure that my bank knows about them too.

Never again...

The number that you need to call to cancel the Bromalite and Power Tea is 1-866-897-0663, I was able to reach them in the evening. You will also have to call 1-866-407-1022 to cancel a subscription to FitFactory which is also costing you $29.95 a month. You can return the products with all the info you used to purchase the products to the address below. The gentleman that I spoke with in the Utah Consumer Fraud Dept is Mike Pitts, 801-530-6007, his e-mail is [email protected] . You will also need to go to their website http://www.consumerprotection.utah.gov/complaints/manual.html to file a complaint. The amount that Bromalite states that they will charge for Shipping was $4.95, they charged me $5.35. Also the amount they stated for the Power Tea was $34.95, they charged $37.75, both of those are mail fraud and a federal crime so I would mention them in your complaint. Bromalite is a scam based on my recent experiences.



I found bogus charges on my Discover Card for not ordered items from BROMALITE 866-897-0663 MN & 800-715-1354 MN after getting a bottle in the mail this day.

I received one bottle of the two above charges that needs to be call tagged back or sent back by me and reimbursed for the charges and the return shipping cost and the company should pay for my time and costs associated in sending this back and having to deal with Discover and this company for the stress and damages that this has caused me and my wife for this "scam" to get money from me under the disguise of a free trial sample.



The above was bogus orders because I did not order them and was very surprised to find charges on my DC and to get a second bottle in the mail today other than the one below last month. I have received a total of two bottles, one tried and one not opened as of today.



Below was the only legitimate order with the understanding only to pay shipping to try the product out only for one bottle:

I got this bottle it weeks after the order online.



While we waited to get it we bought a product with similar claims at the local WalMart the worked mildly for about the same price as the shipping on this produce.

After both my wife and I tried it, we concluded that it did nothing as claimed for us so we did nothing to order any more.



Tried to call their toll free number 866-897-0663 at 3:02PM CST and all I got was a wait with music in the background for 10 minutes plus or minus cell phone minutes.



I want them to immediately stop sending me bottles and refund credit back the charges of the two bogus $69.95 bottles (total of $139.90) and send a call tag or equivalent postage paid by them package for the unopened bottle that I just got so that I will have not have to pay shipping charges to send it back or just allow me to trash the bottle and save the time and cost.

Ordered a "free trial" and now cannot get thru to cancel. An unauthorized charge of $69.95 has been made to my charge card. No one answers either phone number listed and email seems to be bogus als0.

Do not order from this company. I order a free trail, which did not turn out to be so free. I have since had charges to my account totaling $162.94. I have contacted the company, the refuse to reverse the charges. What a scam. There was no indication that I could find that there would be futher charges to me account.
