DO NOT BUY THE FREE SAMPLE! They will CHARGE YOUR CREDIT CARD. And even though you did not authorize the charge, they will not refund you. EVER! They will also enroll you into FitFactory.com for an additional $19.95 also UNAUTHORIZED. DO NOT DO THIS. SCAM SCAM SCAM!

Being charged for bromalite I didn't order
My credit card statement has a charge of 69.95 for bromalite which I did not authorise. It need to be removed, nor did I order.My complaint sounds like a lot of others have been scammed also.

"Free" Sample
£49.68 and £61.11 were deducted from my account. I only gave authority for £12.07 to be deducted and used paypal. I thought it was safe. I just wanted to try the free that was on offer and of course, they used Oprah Winfrey's name as an added incentive. I thought that as it was endorsed by Oprah Winfrey it would be safe to apply for the free sample. I am gutted. I am struggling financially and would never put myself in this position ordinarily, but I was seduced by the slick marketing and the desire to become slimmer without too much effort. I am normally so careful and it could not have come at a worse time. Christmas is nearly upon us and I needed that money to buy presents for my children. I feel physically sick. I am at a loss as to what to do. I haven't received anything as yet, but when I do, I will be sending it back to them with the hope of getting a refund.

charged a fee I was never aware of
I ordered Bromalite at 4.95 and got the product. No paperwork, no additional fees. I see a fee of 69.95 which has put my overdrawn in my checking account. I have not been able to contact these people by phone, email or fax. Please Help!

im actually on hold with them to cancel this very momment.i have been on hold so far 24 minutes!who else do you call?i am very upset with this product, makes me sick!!!i pray for them i get out of this seems binding contract.DONT ORDER!

You can't cancel. Emails fail.
No one answers the phone.
3 times 45 min. 60 min 45 min then disconnect
Tried to stop transaction at source HA HA then called regnetord.com. They are the biller. Assured me it would be stopped...It wasn't. Now they say I will be refunded. We will see.
I am prepared to complain to the FTC as well as the AG offfice..
This is interstate commerce and fraud!

Cannot return Product
After reviewing the internet ( stupid me I should of looked up the product first!) I have found a lot of complaints with charging your charge card. So, I cancelled mine because what I found out is they will keep on charging you for the product and it is hard to get in touch with them. If you don't return the products as soon as you receive it they will charge you in full after 15 days. They gave you a months supply and the free trail is only for a 2 week period.
So, I called and cancelled and also, am mailing back their product.
If you receive an email from Fit Factory, (1-866-407-1022) call them up right away Because they will be charging your acct. $19.95 a month for support that you signed up for when you purchased Acaia Slim or Bromalite.
I can't get in touch with Bromalite (1-866-897-0663) I was on hold for at least 1 hour. Does anyone know there Return Address??
It took about 10 minutes for Acaia Slim.

SCAM!
I agreed to pay the $4.95 for the "free" bromalite trial. Shortly after giving the company my credit card info I started getting emails from other "diet" and "fitness" companies. I later noticed that I had charges on my credit card from these companies in addition to a 69.95 charge from Bromalite - non of which were authorized by me. My credit card company refunded my for the other charges, cancelled my credit card, and investigated the $69.95 charge. I have recently found out that Bromalite was able to convince VISA that the charge was legitimate and I'm out $69.95!!! THIS IS A HUGE SCAM!!!

giving name & credit card no. to other companies
As soon as I placed my order, I received an e-mail from a company that told me I was a member of a fitness company. (I was able to cancel that). After realizing that my name, card number and e-mail address was being distibuted freely, I tried to call, within minutes to contact Bromalite. The message was that they were still closed from the holiday, even though it was Monday. Then I was told repeatedly that the phone lines were unusually busy and it would be best to send an e mail to www.verifyyour order.com. This resulted in an e-mail back saying
no orders found. I have since had to cancel my credit card not knowing where and who would be getting my number. So much for ordering on line.
