unauthorized charges
An unauthorized charge of $69.95 was charged to my checking account on 11/10/08. I spoke to someone at Bromalite and she reluctantly agreed to reverse the charges. It is now 12/03/08 and the charge has not been reversed. I would like this charge reversed immediately. I also intend to contact the media, AOL, and all other promoters of this products regarding this scam.

Bogus phone number and email
The only way to cancel a free trial without being billed is to cancel your credit card because they will not answer their phone and their email address is bogus.

unauthorized charge - received nothing
Ordered on-line offer for free trial period for only $4.95 shipping. Credit card charged $4.95 - never received anything. My next credit card statement showed the $4.95 charge and another $69.95 charge from this company. I immediately notified my credit card company of a dispute of these charges. Finally got someone on the phone at Bromalite who said they would credit the $69.95 back to my credit card but would not refund the $4.95 because it was "non-refundable" regardless of the fact that I did not receive the product they promised. This is a total scam - do not order from them.

I finally got a live person
I have the answer I got the number to cancel free trial to bromalite. It is a live person and I used it today.1-866-897-0663. I waited about 25 minutes but I got threw.I hope this helps everybody.

Don't do it
For those of you who cannot get in touch with a real person or whatever I done the same thing but also ordered Acai-aSlim if you get on the Acai-aSlim website there is a 800 number you call it and they are supposed to be putting my money back to. But the kicker is they will charge you half price the next billing cycle but you can go to the bank and put a stop on the payments from going through. If my money is not back in a few days I will be taking further actions that you can bank on.

return/cancellation policy
I was charged 69.95 for a free trial of bromalite.
Even "Bryant" who took my cancellation agreed that it
was a rip-off! I was unable to return my free sample of Acai
because I had opened the bottle and taken one. It made my
arms feel numb. What do they put in these "free"
samples?

constant shipping and charging
I ordered the trial version of both the bromalite and acai diet pills and was fully aware of the shipping only charges. However within two weeks, more pills started arriving and my credit card was charged without my knowledge or consent. I tried the 800 numbers for both companies and received a taped message and no one answered. I then contacted my visa credit card with the charges and had to change my credit card number to deflect any further charges. Visa cannot block charges but they can dispute them but it takes 90 days and meanwhile I would continue to be charged. I live in Canada so the exchange rate at this time is too high. Instead I have to get another number and go without until my new card arrives. These companies should be charged for misconduct and Oprah should be advised of these charges..

try to cancel ......but
I ordered a free trial of Bromalite. I did read the small print which said I needed to call this number to cancel any further mailings or billings. I did that and rec'd a cancellation number. I thought I was safe and no further charges would be taken. That wasn't the case they billed my credit card again for another shipment. I called to inform them and gave them my cancellation number . The woman said ...that isn't one of our cancellation numbers, who did you talk to ( don't know) should it matter? I am still waiting for a refund and it's been 2 weeks...do NOT order from these people...

did not received goods and charged twice
didn't receive goods waited ages. now got my bank statement and charged twice. tried to call international no but no one picks up. please close this vcompany down. i have now taken it up with my bank.

cannot cancel trial order!!!!
Yoiu cannot get out of this!!! My card is getting chargesd after the fact!! No one seems to know how to cancel! I will pay my card total & cancel the card so they can get screwed the way they are screwing us!
