I ordered free trial of bromalite and paid the $4 shipping charges. I completely read their disclaimer several times and the day I received the product I called and emailed and canceled my order. Two weeks later I get a charge of 29.95 for a life and fitness program. I called the number and it was thru Bromalite. They said that when you ordered their product you are automatically enrolled in this program. They told me they sent me an email telling me this. I went thru every email I had and there was nothing. This is a scam! Even if u cancel the Bromalite subscription and you are lucky enough to not get charged for that, they get u somewhere. They would not give me my money back. The product sucks and doesnt work at all. DO NOT GET THIS! It is a scam! Nothing is free!!! If u did try and it and got scammed also post a complaint. Let everyone know what they are doing.

I ordered a trial sample of Bromalite Cleanse and was to be billed 4.95 for shipping only. I rec'd an additional product and was billed for that as well.

Now an unauthorized charge of 69.95 from the same group is pending in my account. My bank has now blocked all future transactions from this group.

However, I still need to clear up the unauthorized 69.95.

bromalite does not what it promises. further more the company contiues to charge long after you cancel free trial.

I ordered Bromalite back in Dec '08, and tried it but didn't see any results, and canceled it within the time frame required. I called the 1 800 number to cancel it and he gave me a confirmation number. And I received no more bottles after that.

Now, 6 months later they sent me another Bromalite bottle, so I called them and asked why they're sending me this... since I cancelled it back after they first sent it to me many months ago. They said that I hadn't canceled it, and if I had a record of cancellation, then I need to send them the confirmation number. I asked "then why haven't you sent me any product for many months? " And she said they have been, and she's looking at the records on her computer right then. So I asked her to email the tracking numbers confirmating that they sent them to me. She said she has them on her computer, but that she can't send them to me until Monday. So here I am on my Saturday trying to find the record of my cancellation of the product from 5 months or more ago.

I decided to call back again to see if they could give me the tracking numbers over the phone since she said was able to see them on her computer. When I called, the person asked for my phone number and then transfered me to a third person. He asked for all my information again, and was put on hold for a while, then when he came back on the phone he said 'I have sent an email to the corportate office asking them to look into this and they will give you a call or email sometime next week.' I pointed out that I specifically asked him to give me the confirmation numbers that he has record of sending the product to me. He said 'Let me put you on hold'... eventually he came back on and gave me two numbers, but said he only had records of two orders that were sent to me. He said the corporate office will check into the remaining and will contact me next week.
So hopefully they will realize that they, in fact, didn't send me any more since I cancelled it 5 or 6 months ago, and will not bill me for any since then.
