I tried the free trial period for Bromalite in which you do not get accurate time to cancel to see if product works, I was two days late due to the weekend on canceling so my bank card was debited and it caused me grief. I then cancelled with everyone and another bottle showed up a few weeks later and my account was debited again. I have been forced to cancel my bank card to make it stop and I am in the process of moving now without having my debit card available-HUGE INCONVENIENCE. The product does not work and I am really disappointed. They are misrepresenting themselves in their adversiting and I want a full refund, I feel cheated

After becoming a victim of the Bromalite and Acai Berry scam, and having much difficulty getting a refund from these companies, I vowed to do all that I could to expose these companies, and help others get a refund as well. So, after months of extensive research, I’d like to share some helpful information that may be helpful in getting a refund and stopping this scam. I discovered that a company called Dialogue Marketing handles the customer service for Bromalite and Acai Berry products. Dialogue Marketing address is, 370 E 800 S, Orem, UT 84097, phone # (801) 229-2293. The president of the company is, Alejandro Vargas. Dialogue Marketing has call centers in Orem UT, Auburn Hills MI, and Troy MI. However, I was only able to come up with contact names for the Bromalite and Acai Berry call center that I called in Auburn Hills, MI. The contact names are Margaret McComb-head manager, Andy Dobry-assistant manager, and Michelle Davis-assistant manager, phone #248-836-2600, fax #248-836-2601. One other interesting thing about Dialogue Marketing, Bromalite and Acai Berry is, when I searched the Better Business Bureau web site for each of these companies, I noticed that UT is headquarters for all of them. Could they all possibly be one in the same? One can only assume so. Anyway, call, write, or fax your request for a refund, or complaints to the contact names given above for the quickest response.

I join the chorus of complainers about the Bromalite rip off. 5 months ago, I was interested in trying their product, which I ordered from their website with no other alternative than trying it for free. In fact I never tried it because limiting my food intake was all I needed to shed unwanted pounds. When they called me to check on my interest in the product, I told them I no longer was interested. Two weeks later, I started being billed and receiving their product in spite of my declaration. I then called them, asking them to withdraw me from their list; they seemed to listen and gave me a cancelation number . However, I received their unwanted Bromalite the next month; because of them, I changed the number on my Visa card one month ago; well, guess what? today, 12th of May, I received another package from them, and I see that they billed it on another card of mine!
How can I get rid of these crooks? Anyone knows? I'll go and sue them if I have too.

I CALLED MY CARD COMPANY AND THEY ARE HANDLING IT FOR ME.

I ordered the sample package back in February and now this company has charged my credit card two times for $69.95 and is willing to take the product back but not refund my money. I don't think this is the right way to promote your business.
