Unauthorized charges
Ordered trial of Bromalite on 1/29/09 and found out about the scam on Feb.1. Of course the amount of 4.95 shipping has been drafted and also a charge of 34.95. I have yet to receive the product and when or if I do I am returning it immediately. I have blocked by credit card and ordered a new one. My bank is helping take care of the unauthorized charges. I also went to the Bromolite website (because when I called 41 people were waiting ahead of my call)and when I went to cancel a representative of the company popped up in an instant message box and started a conversation with me. I told her I wanted to cancel and she said my account was cancelled. I have printed out the conversation with her. I have also went to www.verifyyourorder.com and it says my order has been cancelled.
So, hopefully, blocking or cancelling my credit card at my bank will take care of any further transactions. I'm very thankful that I decided to look further into this product three days after ordering it.
I would like to see some action taken towards this company. There are definitely enough people reporting the scam. I am keeping my records and am going to see how further action could be taken on this.

debit charge
My checking account was charged $70 dollars for the free trail that was offered online. That overdue my account and I had overdraft fee because of it.

Unauthorized credit card deductions
I made the mistake in December of ordering a green tea diet supplement. When it arrived there was a bottle of Bromalite as well as the green tea. Last week I was looking at my credit card statement and there was not only a $69.95 charge from Bromalite but also a $29.95 charge from FitFactory.com (the charge for the green tea was on the card as well). I contacted the fitness site and they said it was authorized through Bromalite. I informed them I was calling the police so they said they would reverse the charge. I contacted my credit card about both charges and did file a police report. Yesterday yet another bottle of Bromalite arrived. I will be giving the address to the police and returning the product that was not ordered. I also will be contacting the credit card company yet again. What can consumers do to protect themselves against this kind of fraud? I know now that I shouldn't have ordered the green tea but it was just tea.

Rude, ignorant people!
I would like to state that Bromalite is NOT a scam. It's a company that is trying to make a profit off of lazy, overweight people who refuse to diet and exercise.
Please, stop being rude to the customer service representitives, it's not their fault that you all didn't read the terms and conditions.
You guys are NOT entitled to a refund as you signed a legal contract with the company. It is a PURE courtesy that you get ANY money back at all!
You guys just need to put a foot in your mouth and stop signing up for things online like children! I can't believe you guys blame the company for YOUR mistake.
Nothing in life is free! Go to the doctor for colon problems, not the internet or e-mails!

Charing my credit card without my authorization
This is a SCAM, you charged my credit card without my authorization. I went for the FREE TRIAL Offer SCAM. I will just pay postage for this Free trial offer and then if I like it or it helps me then I will reorder when I want to, not by this compnay automatically charging my credit card. I refuse to be a part of this type of SCAMMING THE AMERICAN PUBLIC/with your FREE TRIAL Offer. Please let me give coments to the company on my behalf. You say everyone is raving about this product, please let me give a coment for this Company. This is what is completely wrong with the web business and advertising. Legimate products and companies are destroyed but this cheap trick of scamming the public. I know that I will not even think about buying anything on line just because of this type of treatment. I will be contacting my Better Business Bureau with this type of fradulant SCAM.

Charge without authorizaiton
I ordered a free supply of Bromalite for $4.95 shipping & handling. At no place in the order or the receipt received was there any information about a $69.95 charge for the supply if I did not cancel within 14 days. They charged me and now I am having to argue with the cc company about the charge as Bromalite refuses to refund the money.
