fraudulent charges
This scam business persists in sending me its product and automatically charging my account for $69.95. I have regularly returned the package to sender without opening and have requested total cancellation plus financial corrections. Nothing happens! How does a person stop this type of fraud?

Unauthorized Charge
Bromolite is a complete scam. I received a phone call from a collection company for an account that belongs to my 18 yr old daughter a year after they claim she purchased this product and didn't pay the 79.95. How can a company get away with this kind of treatment? We've never received the product they claim we ordered or a bill from them but now a collector is calling...how is that possible? Now there threatning to ruin her credit! SCAMMERS!!! Couldn't find a number to call direct so I emailed them and never received a response. Please don't get caught up in this scam.

Unethical business practices
ALERT- ALERT-Unethical business practices. I thought I was paying just S&H for a FREE trial and the compnay has now billed me three times for two bottles. It is an auto shipping scam and they sign you up for another web site that bills you 29.95 for what I am not sure. You cannot cancel, because no one answer the cancellation line. When I got a VM and it promted for a Credit Card number to cancel-they said they did not get the call. They will not accept a reurn and will not give a RMA #. My BOA is investigating and I found this site to register my complaint to help avoid the headache for someone else.

Charged for returned Product
I ordered Bromolite for a free. I returned it immediately after receiving it because my Dr. didn't want me to take it. The bottle was not opened and I sent it certified mail. They received it. I called to confirm they receievd it and they said I should get my refund on my next statement. Instead of a refund they charged me again. Now I needed 2 refunds. They did refund the 2nd charge and apologized for not refundingt the first charge but it would appear on my next statement. It didn't. This went on for a few months of apologies and promised it would appear on my next statement. Then I called and was told the refund was placed on hold. She took it off hold and promised it would go trough this time. The last time I called they said it had been rejected and I wouldn't get a refund because it had been too long. I had sent it back the day after I received it. They would not give me the name of the company, the owner or the so-called refund department that rejected my refund. They have my money and I have nothing. I was told to call again tomorrow which I will, although I can guess wht will happen.

misleading free trial
Free 30 day supply. Fine print (shown below) mentions only 12 days to cancel, otherwise you're charged $70 FOR THE SAMPLE. After a full month has passed you're charged $70 again.

REAL kicker was that I got a call from someone at http://www.fitfactory.com/ saying I was signed up for a membership because I got Bromolite. Told them I was not interested and NOT to sign me up (I think this was within the trial period), but they charged my credit card $30 anyway. When I complained, the customer service person (1-866-407-1022 ) told me I had agreed to join. This is NOT stated anywhere on the free sample page, so I don't know where they hid this agreement. TOTALLY DISHONEST.

...fine print...

scam
I purchased a so called free trial of Bromolite for which I paid the shipping and handling $4.95. The agreement was if it didn't work you had the option to return in 14 days. This product didn't even get to me until 10 days. How was I supposed to see if it worked? I have since been charged $69.95 and am now fighting it with my credit card company. I returned the product and am now waiting for an answer. THIS IS A SCAM!!!

unauthorized charges
after receiving so called free sample I was charged for other shippments. I spoke with a representative not an recording or automated voice. a real person who assured me my name would be removed from the mailing list and no future charges would be taken from my bank card. they continue to do this, where is the justice?there should be some sort of class action suit people like me could initiate.
